This Part-time Social Media Associate supports the growth and optimization of Corporate social media accounts and will assist with CRM market coverage.  You will work with COSCO & Associates, Inc. – (Business Development team) as you handle the weekly management and growth of local social media presences.

You should be a self-starter, who is able to learn about trends in the Church industry, understand the ministry culture, and execute content and engagements on COSCO’S behalf. This is a part-time remote role based in the United States. Hours per week will range from 12-15 hours. Compensation will be $15 per hour. This is an Independent Contractor position.

Requirements for Social Media Associate

  • 1+ years of experience managing social media marketing programs, creating content, driving brand profile performance, and communicating ROI.
  • Strong project management and organization skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience using social media marketing tools and CRM programs.
  • Strategic thinker.
  • Ability to learn.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Passionate, energetic, and outgoing.
  • Desire to work alongside people who share Christian values, and purposes.

Responsibilities

  • The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for supporting social media programs, including creative strategy, content creation, community management, paid amplification, and performance analysis.
  • Ideate and create impactful, brand-developing social media content exclusively for churches; work independently, and develop social media content as needed.
  • Publish and promote social media profiles and content using Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, Twitter- alongside other potential post promotion tools.
  • Establish and nurture social media relationships with community members and influencers through active engagement through strategic CRM schedules.
  • Create, manage, and grow brand presence across relevant social media channels.
