This letter is to express to you, Cosco & Associates, Inc., thanks for the professionalism and care you provided toward the construction of the Greater Peace Missionary Baptist Church Family Life Center. From our first visit, I felt you were a match for our project. Your patience in explaining the full construction process was important to the building committee and me. We knew you wanted us to have a clear understanding of everything involved so we would be happy and pleased with the final product, and that we are!

Everything that you told us you would do, you did. Your Christian faith and foundation put us at ease because of the oneness we share in Christ. I must say, all of the contacts we had with Cosco and Associates demonstrated nothing but a "Christlike Attitude." You were truthful, patient, kind and giving, and you did it all with love.

The site construction superintendent was well-prepared to oversee the construction of the building. He worked hard to meet our needs and to make certain that each sub-contractor was scheduled and on the job at the proper time. He solved all of our problems and concerns.

I am happy that our paths crossed, and I am more than happy to recommend other churches to you. I will contact you for any future projects that we might have. Working with Cosco has been a wonderful and pleasing experience. Our life center is complete and in full use. We are enjoying it to the utmost. Everyone who uses it remarks and beautiful and well-constructed it is. I look forward to working with you on future projects.
